How much does this cost? +
300 SAR/hour. For ongoing work, there's part-time at 20K SAR/month (15-20 hours a week) or full-time at 40K SAR/month (35-40 hours a week — basically I'm on your team). Early bird rates right now: 15K and 30K/month. Most people get their first working version out within a month.
Why you instead of an agency? +
Agencies put junior devs on your project and charge you while they figure things out. I've built and shipped my own startups — real products with real users and real money. When you work with me, I'm the one writing the code. There's nobody between us.
What if I need changes? +
That's the whole point. You see what I'm building, tell me what you think, and I change it. You're not filling out forms or waiting weeks for something to happen. It's just me, so things move fast.
Do you track your hours? +
Yes, by the hour. You'll always know exactly where your time is going.
What if my project needs more hours than planned? +
This rarely happens. But if it does, I'll tell you well before you hit your limit. Extra hours are 250 SAR/hour instead of 300 since you're already on a plan.
Do you do design? +
I design in code. You'll see real screens on your phone, not Figma mockups you have to imagine. I can change things in minutes instead of waiting for design files.
What tech do you use? +
Boring stuff that works. Laravel, Rails, AdonisJS for web. React Native with Expo for mobile so I can push fixes without waiting for App Store review. For landing pages and marketing sites, I use WordPress with AI—fast to build, easy for you to update. I wrote a whole rant about this.
Can you add AI features? +
Yes. I built Haseef's compliance engine (caught 1M+ SAR in violations) and Astrolabe (3 days from idea to prototype). LLMs, Arabic NLP, document processing. But I'll tell you if you don't actually need AI—most people don't.
