How much does this cost? +
Simple apps (one user type, no AI) start at 30K SAR. Complex platforms (dashboards, multi-user flows, AI agents) start at 100K SAR. Internally, I price at 300 SAR/hour. You'll know the exact cost before I write any code.
Why are you more expensive than agencies? +
Because I've built and shipped my own startups. Agencies assign junior developers and bill for their learning curve. I've shipped products with real users and real money on the line. You're paying for someone who cares whether your product succeeds—someone with skin in the game.
What if I need changes? +
I keep tweaking until it works. That's the deal. If you want to pivot completely and build something different, we'll talk about scope again.
Do you do design? +
I design in code. You'll see real screens on your phone, not Figma mockups you have to imagine. I can change things in minutes instead of waiting for design files.
What tech do you use? +
Boring stuff that works. Laravel, Rails, AdonisJS for web. React Native with Expo for mobile so I can push fixes without waiting for App Store review. I wrote a whole rant about this.
Can you add AI features? +
Yes. I built Haseef's compliance engine (caught 1M+ SAR in violations) and Astrolabe (3 days from idea to prototype). LLMs, Arabic NLP, document processing. But I'll tell you if you don't actually need AI—most people don't.
