Mounjari is a medication tracker I built and still run, and 150 people pay for it. I ship its updates, manage its subscriptions and read what its users send me. That is where I learned what breaks after launch, and I build client software with it in mind.

A fixed price for each milestone
I split the work into milestones and price each one before I start, at SAR 250 per estimated hour. You pay for a milestone once it is delivered and you have tried it.

Working software, in your name
You try each milestone as it lands. The code, hosting and store accounts are yours from the first day, so you can stop after any milestone and keep everything.
