Who runs this service?
I’m Fawaz Alesayi, providing software development services as Accelerate. For privacy questions, a copy of your information, or a deletion request, email fawaz@accelerate.sa from the address associated with your account. I may need to verify your identity before acting.
What is saved?
Your name, email, sign-in method, conversation messages and attachments, estimates, review requests, and usage records needed to protect the service and control costs. LinkedIn sign-in provides your account identifier, name and verified email; we do not ask for your LinkedIn password.
How is it used?
To save your conversation, understand the work, prepare an initial estimate, send sign-in links and estimates, and follow up when you request a review. Public professional and company information may be researched for an internal brief that helps me understand your project. It is not used to infer sensitive personal traits or your ability to pay. Private attachment contents are not sent to search tools.
Who processes it?
Cloudflare hosts the service, conversations and files, and sends email. OpenAI receives the messages and attachments needed to generate replies and estimates. Groq receives audio and video files for speech transcription. ScrapeCreators and scrape.do are used to search and read public sources. Fawaz receives review requests, estimates and the internal professional brief; your estimate is also emailed to you. Processing may take place outside your country through these providers’ infrastructure.
Sign-in, retention and deletion
Essential cookies support sign-in, not advertising. A session expires after seven days; this does not delete the conversation. Conversations and files do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion period. You can request deletion by email. Copies may remain in email or backups until removed under the relevant provider’s processes. Aggregate cost records and hashed company-domain or mailbox abuse-prevention records remain to prevent repeated free-account creation. They are not used to restore your conversation.
Before attaching a file
Do not share passwords, access keys, health records, identity documents or sensitive personal information. Remove details that are not needed to estimate the project, and share only material you are authorized to share. You can contact me directly instead of using the assistant.
